Covid-19 Alert: special medical information and guidance phone number for all clients

All AXA customers, regardless of the company’s insurance policy, are now entitled to a special 24-hour, seven-days-a-week health information and guidance service free of charge.

Through 91 078 21 97 any client who has doubts or needs information has access to a panel of health professionals who will assist him 24 hours a day. Healthcare clients have already had this service available since last February.

Nuria Fernández París, Director of Private Clients at AXA Spain, reminds us that “in times like these it is vital that clients can count on truthful information and professional guidance from health professionals, regardless of the type of insurance they have”.

To access the service, clients will only have to provide their policy number or document proving their identity and the company’s medical platform, which is staffed by health professionals, will indicate the steps to be taken in accordance with the protocols in force for each situation.
