The Enrique IV lounge of the 3 Reyes Hotel became the perfect setting for the development of the first Technical and Training Conferences in 2019, organised by the iusTime group on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th May, being a success of attendance on the part of professional offices in the city of Pamplona. Our head of the tax and accounting department Almudena Frenchilla was present at these conferences.

During the meeting, attendees exchanged their professional vision, experiences, knowledge, with presentations on various topics of the sector and networking meetings, among other activities during the conference.

In this new meeting special interest was dedicated to training and to provide the keys based on the needs of professional offices, changes in the sector from different professional fields.

Jaume Serra, consultant and collaborator of Amado Consultores, provided us with useful and practical information on variable remuneration and how to implement it in the professional office.

The conference continued with Roger Dobaño, Founder and Head of Consultancy in Quipu, who spoke to us about elements that have influenced the adaptation to the needs of the market, in order to reflect on this new model of services and the importance of the involvement of the firm’s team to lead the change.

Francisco Herrera, Director of Key Accounts of Valora Prevención, spoke to us about the responsibilities and obligations of companies in occupational risk prevention to comply with the regulations on occupational risk prevention and to constantly improve their permanent preventive action in order to improve existing levels of protection.

Within the conference itself, a Box Session was held with the collaboration of Eduard Banqué, Marketing Manager Accountants of SAGE and Gerard Masa, CEO of Nous Tramists Group.

Eduard Banqué presented us with a theoretical-practical framework on the past, present and future of professional consultancies and offices, with the aim of being able to highlight the transformation that the sector is undergoing so rapidly and mainly based on the new demands of the new client, in order to be able to analyse and focus on the Challenges and Opportunities that the market offers us.

For his part, Gerard Masa shared his development on financial experience and some of the master lines that will mark the evolution of Business Intelligence for banking and the financial sector, thanks to the advancement of technology itself, to be able to use these data for the benefit of the client and to improve the service for professional firms.

At the end of Thursday’s conference, Carlos Fort, Manager at Matrix Development System, spoke to us from his experience and vision of the professional sector and of the new needs that arise in the adaptation and management of professional services.

During the morning of Friday 23, the Conference continued with Javier Hernadez, Antonio Muñoz, Antonio Aladueña, where the past, present and future of the international network of consultancies was analyzed, to analyze where the opportunities for the growth of the office are, continued by María José López and Ángel Zuate, partners of TimeNow,  Victor Perez, director of Adiss Informática, shared his vision about technology and how it directly affects the labor market, culture, the transformation of industry, companies and the appearance of new professional profiles.
